How to Get Started with Prestige Care Australia

Getting started with us is not just about signing up for services; it's about creating a partnership for a better life. Here's how you can kick off your journey with Prestige Care Australia.

Step 2: Consultation and Needs Assessment

During the consultation, we'll discuss your needs, goals, and current NDIS plan. We'll assess how our services can best align with your objectives.

Step 3: Customised Service Proposal

Based on your needs and goals, we'll provide a customised service proposal outlining how we can support you. This will include service categories, timelines, and cost estimates.

Step 4: Review and Agreement

Take your time to review the proposal. If you're satisfied, we'll formalise our partnership with a Service Agreement. This will outline the terms and conditions, including your rights and responsibilities.

Step 5: Onboarding and Orientation

Once the agreement is in place, you'll be onboarded into our system. You'll receive an orientation kit containing all the information you'll need, including contact details of your dedicated support coordinator.

Step 6: Service Commencement

With everything in place, services will commence as per the agreement. Your dedicated support coordinator will remain your point of contact for any service modifications or additional support you may require.
